We hide TV wires using white surface raceway, a slim channel fixed to the wall that carries the cables from the TV down to your equipment. It can be painted to match your wall so it disappears into the room. We do not cut into walls to run cable inside them, and this page explains that choice plainly rather than leaving you to find out on the day.
What we actually do
Raceway is a paintable plastic channel, usually around an inch wide, that fixes to the wall surface and clips shut over your cables. Run straight, cut cleanly at the corners, and painted your wall colour, it reads as part of the wall rather than as a cable run.

What we do not do, and why
We do not cut into drywall to run cables inside the wall.
Doing it properly means cutting the wall open, fitting in wall rated cable that is safe to sit inside a wall cavity, installing a recessed outlet behind the TV, working around any fire blocking or insulation in the cavity, and then patching and painting. On any wall shared with a bathroom or kitchen there may be plumbing in the way you cannot see.
That is a different trade to TV mounting, and we would rather be straight with you about the boundary than do a version of it badly. If in wall concealment is what you specifically want, an electrician or a low voltage installer is the right call, and that is a fine answer.
Honestly, most people do not need in wall
Painted raceway on a matching wall is far less visible than people expect. From a normal seating position, a channel painted the same colour as the wall behind it mostly vanishes. The cable that people actually notice is the black one hanging loose down a light wall, and that is precisely what this fixes.
It is also reversible. Nothing is cut, so if you move the TV, redecorate, or move out, the wall goes back to normal with far less work.
Brick, stone, and masonry
Raceway works on masonry too, fixed with appropriate anchors. It is often the better answer on brick and stone precisely because the alternative, cutting a channel into masonry, is a serious job with dust, tools, and no going back.

Basic cable tidying, gathering and dressing the cables neatly down the wall, is included in every install at no extra charge. A full raceway run is priced with the job depending on the length of the run and the surface, and quoted before we start.
Painting the raceway is straightforward if you have the wall paint. If you do not, leaving it white often looks fine on a light wall.

Do you run cables inside the wall?

Can you hide wires on a brick or stone wall?
Yes, using anchors suited to the surface. On masonry raceway is usually the better answer anyway, since cutting a channel into brick or stone is invasive and permanent.
Does hiding the wires cost extra?
